By using the MIYAR Trading Academy website, channels or bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Nature of the content

All academy content, including books, lessons, analysis and market tools, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not personal investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a promise of profit. Trading forex and CFDs involves high risk, and you may lose all of your capital, particularly when using leverage.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the academy's services. You are responsible for making sure that trading these products is permitted in your country of residence.

3. Books and requests

Academy books unlock in three stages: Foundation (FND-01): after registering through the academy's link. SMC Beginner and Intermediate (SMC-01, SMC-02): after verifying your live account. SMC Advanced and Expert (SMC-03, SMC-04): for academy clients with active funded accounts. Each stage is verified manually by the academy. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval and does not unlock downloads automatically. Approved books are sent via Telegram to the chat linked to the request. The same book is not sent more than once to the same account number (UID). The academy may decline any request or ask for more information without giving reasons. The academy does not require any deposit to learn the basics. Only deposit what you can afford to lose. An incomplete condition leaves the request open so it can be completed without a new request.

4. Intellectual property

All books, materials, logos and designs belong to MIYAR Trading Academy. Books are licensed for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold or published, in whole or in part, without written permission. Files may carry identifying marks unique to each recipient.

5. Referrals and third-party services

The academy may receive a commission when you register or trade through referral links. Your contract, account and funds are held directly with the relevant broker under its own terms and eligibility rules. The academy does not hold or manage client funds. Review the broker's official terms, fees and risks before registering.

6. Educational signals and copy trading

Automated signals: educational signals published to members of the academy's channel based on predefined rules. They are not personal investment advice and do not consider your financial situation or goals. Copy trading: a service provided by the broker through its own platform (such as VTrade), under its terms and approval. It is not a service operated by the academy. Any decision to enter a trade, and its consequences, are your sole responsibility. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Limitation of liability

The academy is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of its content, signals, market tools or broker services. Displayed market data is provided by third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate.

8. Suspension of access

The academy may suspend your access to books or channels if you breach these terms, especially by sharing books or misusing the services.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept it. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
