Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data MIYAR Trading Academy collects, why we collect it and how we protect it. We do not sell your data to anyone.

1. Data we collect

When you request books, we collect: Your name. The email address registered with the broker. Your client account number (UID). The books requested and the request language. Your Telegram chat ID, when you link your request to the bot. We never ask for or store passwords, verification codes, identity documents or card details. Please never send them to us. Learner feedback collects a first name or initials, country, answer, suggestion and optional publication consent.

2. Why we collect it

To verify that you registered through the academy's link, and your account stage. To review your request and send you the books. To inform you of the outcome and answer your questions. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent. A review and its display details are published only with your consent and team approval; improvement suggestions remain private.

3. Where data is stored

Requests are stored in the website's storage and in a private Google Sheets file that only academy administrators can access. Request notifications and books are sent via Telegram. Once backups are enabled, private copies are held in site storage and Google Drive, retaining the latest 30 complete snapshots.

4. Third parties

The website relies on external services, each with its own privacy policy: Telegram: for communication and sending books. Google: for storing requests and loading fonts (Google Fonts). TradingView: for market tools and news. VT Markets: when you open the registration link, your data is handled under the broker's policy. The website uses Google Analytics 4 only after visitor consent to measure visits and use of registration, book requests and the calculator. Tracking does not load before consent. You can reject or withdraw consent through Privacy settings. Personal book-request form data is not sent to Google Analytics.

5. Retention

We keep request data for 24 months from your last contact, then delete it, unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data. Send your request from your registered email, and we will reply within 14 days. Deleting your data stops the processing of any open request.

7. Data protection

Access to data is limited to academy administrators, and integration keys are kept secret on the server. However, no electronic transfer or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services change. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.
